It is the sole ambition of the entire Staff including me to make use of the limited human resources more effectively and efficiently for the provision of public utility services within the administrative limits of the Bulathsinghala Pradeshiya Sabha. While it can be remembered that all achievements which have been gained by our Staff are the valuable results of the efforts made for the welfare and the beneficial existence of the people  residing within the administrative limits of the said Pradeshiya Sabha, it should be mentioned herein that the entire Staff is in unity to expand the provision of the said services with much dedication and Commitment.
